Our services are available only to individuals who are licensed attorneys in good standing, law students, or clients seeking legal services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

YLA does not create an attorney-client relationship between attorneys and clients. Any attorney-client relationship formed is solely between the attorney and client. YLA is not a party to any such relationship and disclaims all liability related thereto.

Membership fees, if applicable, are non-refundable except as expressly provided. Attorneys are responsible for their own fee arrangements with clients. YLA may facilitate payments but is not responsible for disputes between attorneys and clients.

Users agree to treat others with respect, provide accurate information, comply with all applicable laws and ethical rules, and not engage in any conduct that could harm YLA or other users. Violation may result in termination of access.

All content on the YLA platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of YLA or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YLA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services.
