Our methodology begins with comprehensive research across the 200 largest U.S. cities, where we identify top-performing young attorneys in each of our ten recognized professions. The selection criteria include professional achievements, educational background, peer recognition, client reviews, community involvement, and leadership contributions. Our research team examines numerous data points including case outcomes for attorneys and client satisfaction metrics across all fields. Finalists undergo additional verification before receiving invitation letters to join our distinguished organization. This meticulous approach ensures that only the most exceptional young attorneys receive our recognition, providing the public with a trusted resource for finding top-tier young lawyers nationwide.
